Warranty Terms

PROCESS FOR HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM UNDER WARRANTY

In the event your instrument or audio product develops a defect within the Warranty Period, you should notify the authorised dealer you purchased the instrument from and, upon the authorised dealer’s approval, return the instrument to that store so that the authorised dealer may determine whether your claim under this Warranty is valid.

It is recommended that you take your instrument or audio product into the authorised dealer to show or demonstrate the problem to seek the advice of your authorised dealer. You will need to present your proof of purchase or sales receipt, in order to demonstrate that you are the original purchaser.

If necessary, the authorised dealer will contact the nearest service centre for information and an authorisation to return the instrument for assessment.
